My processing time is typically 5-7 business days. . Which does not include holidays or weekends, Saturdays or Sundays.
Priority Mail handling time is 1-3 business days depending on your region.
International mail can take much longer.
I typically print shipping labels upon receipt of your order, however this does not mean your order has shipped. This is how I keep track of new and old orders. It typically takes up to 6 days to get them completed and mailed. This also depends on how the weekend falls.
If you have any questions or need an order sooner, please let us know and we can send an invoice for expedited shipping at an additional cost.

1. Set aside the normal
inner insert of your hoop
2. Use medium sticky
stabilizer and white metal hat insert to hold it.
3. Score the stabilizer and
remove paper exposing adhesive.
4. Clamp the bill of hat in
the upper portion and tighten wingnuts.
5. Max image size is around
4x4” the opening is a little over 5” square

is currently the only instruction video I have. The concept is basically the
same on each of the models. If you have
